John and Denise live in a comfortable two storey freestanding house two blocks from wisdom house (2 min walk). It was by far more luxurious than anything I'd seen in China. As suburban homes go, it would probably beat 70% of the homes in Drummoyne, (and all of them in closeness to work). Dinner was chicken penang curry, 'white' ginger chicken curry and vegetables. Dinner conversation revolved around the recent Rudd win.
