16 DEC - 8:00AM - BREAKFAST

We gathered as a team to eat the hotel's breakfast. This was pineapple, watermelon, cold fried eggs, toast, drip filter coffee & pad see ew. It cost 50B each - but I think we were really glad just to have somewhere to sit and eat together. We decided to buy some cereal to supplement it tommorrow.

"The typical Asian take on a Western Breakfast but we've got to cater for the fact that 70% of the people here are Thai. The best thing about it was that we could sit down and eat together."
